Description
Battlefield Acupuncture is an ear (auricular) acupuncture protocol developed by Dr Richard C. Niemtzow in 2001. He is a retired Air Force colonel and was the first full-time physician acupuncturist in the Armed Forces.

About the trainer:
John Howard is a Professor of Western Medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Upon completion of his Chinese Medicine studies he entered into a 5-year fellowship with the US Military. He is the protégé of of Dr. Richard Niemtzow (founder of Battlefield Acupuncture) at Andrews Air Force Base / Walter Reed Army hospital working with Wounded Warriors.
John has authored nine books and over 25 articles on Acupuncture and Auriculotherapy. He is dedicated to the promotion of knowledge and has been awarded the dissemination of seminal works by Dr. Raphael Nogier, the son of Dr. Paul Nogier, the Father of Auriculotherapy (The RAFT (Radial Artery Food Test) and of Dr. Rene Bourdiol (Elements of Auriculotherapy)
